How it works

From task to working flow.

A clear scope, a tested build and a handover your team can use.

  1. 01

    Talk

Show us the task as it happens today. A short screen recording, a sample file or a list of steps gives us a useful place to begin.

    • Identify the trigger, tools, inputs and result your team needs.
    • Check access, integrations and any steps that need a person.
    • Agree the project scope, price and expected running costs before work begins.

Start with a free conversation about your task.

  2. 02

    Build

We connect the repeated steps around your existing tools. Starting with one working flow makes it easier to check the result before adding more.

    • Map the fields, rules, templates and destinations.
    • Connect the agreed apps, scripts or permitted website actions.
    • Add checks, useful error messages and a way to recover a failed run.

Review points are configured around the task. Routine steps can run automatically while unusual cases take a separate route.

  3. 03

    Launch

Test the whole journey with representative examples, then put the agreed workflow into use. Your team should know what runs, where the result goes and what to do when something needs attention.

    • Test normal inputs, missing information and failed connections.
    • Confirm the output, timing, access and exception handling.
    • Hand over the workflow, operating notes and agreed support arrangements.

  4. 04

    Improve

Once the first task is working, use real runs to decide what should improve next. Expand the useful parts of the workflow without making the process harder to understand.

    • Compare manual effort, completion time and exceptions.
    • Adjust rules and templates as your process changes.
    • Agree new connections, revisions and support before expanding the scope.

What is Automations For Business?

We help businesses turn repetitive work into reliable automations. Tell us what you do today and what you want to happen instead. We plan the workflow, connect the right tools, test it, and explain how your team can use it.

How is this different from using Zapier or Make?

Zapier and Make are tools for building automations. Our service covers the hands-on work around them: understanding your process, choosing tools, building connections, testing exceptions, and handing over a working solution. We can also work with your existing setup when it fits your needs.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. A short description, a screen recording, or an example of your current work is enough to start. We handle the technical setup in your agreed project and explain the important choices in plain language.

What can I automate with the tools I already use?

Customer replies, lead follow-ups, spreadsheet updates, content preparation, documents, reports, and approval steps are useful starting points. You can usually keep your current tools. We check the available connections and choose one clear, repeatable task to tackle first.

How do pricing, credits, and usage fees work?

Start with a free conversation, then receive a custom quote for the build and support. We explain any app subscriptions or usage charges alongside the project price.

Does every plan include the same features?

Your plan is built around your workflow. The proposal sets out the connections, features, testing, handover, revisions, and support included. Start with what solves the immediate problem, then add more when it makes sense for your team.

Why can running an automation cost less than building it?

Building involves planning the steps, connecting systems, and testing what happens when something goes wrong. Later runs reuse that setup. Running costs still depend on app subscriptions, AI usage, hosting, and maintenance, so we help you compare the ongoing cost with the work it could save.

Does it work on every website?

Not every website supports the same connections. We check the site, your account permissions, and the task first. Where a direct integration is unavailable, permitted browser automation may be an option. We confirm what is practical before you commit to a build.

Is my business data private?

We use your information to deliver and support the work you request, and we do not sell personal information. We discuss the access your workflow needs and which connected providers will process its data. Share only what the task requires; our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

Can I review messages and results before they are sent?

Yes. We can add a review step so you can approve, edit, or stop important messages and changes. Customer conversations can also be handed to a person when they need judgment. You decide which steps can run automatically and which need your approval.

How does the 7-day free service period work?

Your paid project includes seven days of service. Your quote confirms the included work, start date and support.

Can I cancel or change my plan?

Contact us to discuss a change or stop future renewals. Cancellation follows the billing period and conditions you agreed to. Completed work and a period already started are not automatically refunded; we review any project-specific arrangements with you before making changes.
