Service agreement
Terms
These terms explain the practical rules for using the Automations For Business website, customer accounts, automation services, and ongoing support.
Organize the rules into visible, linked sections.
Read the full wording and ask about your situation.
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms govern your access to the Automations For Business website, customer account features, automation services, and related support (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, requesting work, approving a proposal, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Fair Use Policy.
If you use the Service for a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for it. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
2. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must notify us promptly if you believe it has been accessed without permission.
One person or organization may not create extra accounts to avoid limits, enforcement, or agreed fees. We may ask you to verify account details when needed to protect customers or the Service.
3. What Automations For Business provides
Automations For Business helps businesses plan, build, connect, monitor, and improve workflows across apps, websites, and AI tools. Work may include discovery, implementation, browser actions, integrations, content or document workflows, human approvals, training, and ongoing support.
Each custom project is governed by the written proposal, message, or order you approve. That project document controls its specific scope, price, timing, included revisions, and deliverables if it conflicts with these general Terms.
4. Fees, plans, and cancellations
Prices shown on the website are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Website prices for support or care plans do not automatically include custom implementation. We explain custom build fees before payment is requested.
Recurring plans continue for the agreed billing period until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals but normally does not reverse completed work or a billing period already started. Refunds, credits, or schedule changes may be offered when required by law or agreed in writing for a particular project.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for giving us lawful access, accurate instructions, timely feedback, and the permissions needed to work with your tools and data. You must review important outputs before relying on them, especially messages, financial information, personal data, or actions that affect other people.
You remain responsible for your business decisions, the legality of your workflow, and compliance with the rules of third-party apps and websites.
5A. Referral program
Account holders may join the referral program and receive a personal link and code. An eligible referral earns 30% of the collected Automations For Business service fee from the referred customer's first paid project after discounts and refunds. Taxes, software or API costs, advertising spend, and other pass-through costs are excluded.
Once a new customer account is connected to a valid link or code, the referral remains connected until its first qualifying payment. The first valid documented introduction receives credit. Existing enquiries or clients, self-referrals, duplicate referrals, unpaid work, refunds, and chargebacks do not qualify. Eligible commission is paid within 14 days after the customer's payment clears. Referrers must disclose that they may earn commission and may not promise project acceptance, savings, income, delivery dates, or results. The full practical rules appear on the Referral Program page.
Automations For Business may pause, change, or close the referral program at any time. Commission already approved before a change will still be paid under the rules that applied when it was earned.
6. Acceptable use
You may use the Service only for lawful, authorized business purposes. You may not use it for fraud, spam, harassment, malware, credential attacks, unauthorized access, unlawful surveillance, deceptive impersonation, illegal data collection, or interference with another service. More detail appears in our Fair Use Policy.
7. Third-party services
Automations may depend on third-party apps, APIs, websites, AI providers, or account permissions. Those services are governed by their own terms and may change, limit access, become unavailable, or alter how an automation works. Automations For Business does not control those changes and cannot guarantee permanent compatibility.
8. Ownership and licenses
You keep ownership of the business data, content, and materials you provide. You give us a limited permission to access, copy, transform, and process those materials only as needed to deliver, secure, support, or improve the work you requested.
Automations For Business keeps ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates, reusable components, site design, know-how, and general tools. Unless a project agreement says otherwise, you may use the delivered workflow for your own business but may not resell Automations For Business’s service, source materials, or account access as a competing product.
9. Confidentiality and privacy
We will use reasonable care with non-public business information you share and will use it for providing or supporting the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how account, review, visit, and support information is handled.
10. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable Service, but maintenance, security work, internet failures, third-party changes, or other events may interrupt access. We may update or discontinue features when reasonably necessary and will try to give notice when a material change affects active customers.
11. Warranties and results
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that every process can be automated, that every output will be error-free, or that an automation will create a specific financial or business result. Any mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Automations For Business is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profit, lost opportunity, or loss caused by a third-party service. Our total liability relating to a paid project will not exceed the amount you paid Automations For Business for that project during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion through support. We may restrict or terminate access when necessary for security, non-payment, legal compliance, serious misuse, or repeated violation of these Terms. Provisions about ownership, payment, liability, and disputes continue where their nature requires it.
14. Disputes and changes
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern in good faith. Applicable law and any non-waivable consumer rights determine where a formal claim may be brought. We may revise these Terms as the Service changes; the updated date will be shown here, and material changes may also be announced through the Service or account email.
